Just another foodie here with a passion for wholesome, nutritious eating, health and creating a balance in your life. I went to school for nutrition and wellness and currently work as a nutritionist for women, infants and children. I am a food enthusiast and passionate about wellness and maintaining a healthy balance in all aspects of life. I have started developing an interest in yoga as well as eating in a way that benefits your overall health with a focus on plant based foods. I am working on becoming a health coach currently and would love to help people set health goals and watch them grow and transform their habits into lifelong, healthy ones.
